In a press release send out today (10/16), ISO New England discusses three reports released by the ISO/RTO Council (IRC) members claim it demonstrates the value of the ten Independent System Operators and Regional Transmission Organizations currently functioning in the U.S. The reports focus on the progress of competitive markets and explain how ISOs and RTOs help further develop demand response and renewable energy resources.
