On March 26, the Treasury Department issued additional information on the second round of CREB requests made by consumer-owned utilities. At the request of Rep. Jim McDermott (D-WA), the IRS sent the Congressman a detailed letter outlining allocations by state, type of project, type of entity requesting the allocation, and whether the request had been granted or denied. This information will prove helpful as public power works to build Congressional support to extend, modify, and increase funding for the program.
