On June 25, the House Energy and
Water Development Appropriations Subcommittee approved a $33.3 billion FY 10 spending
package for Department of Energy (DOE) and water resources programs that will
maintain spending in the coming year at, roughly, FY 09 levels. The Renewable Energy Production Incentive (REPI)
Program is under DOE's budget, but information on specific program funding
levels and earmarks are embargoed until later in the process.
